Design Home partners with HGTV, launching challenges inspired by Fixer to Fabulous and House Hunters. Beginning February 19th, players can recreate designs from episodes like "Bentonville Beauty" and "Arkansas Amazement." These weekly challenges utilize furniture and decor from real brands, allowing players to submit designs for votes and rewards.
Further challenges based on House Hunters will arrive soon, tasking players with designing rooms for fictional homebuyers. This requires balancing aesthetics and practicality using items from brands such as West Elm, Jonathan Adler, Williams Sonoma, and Kathy Kuo.
The collaboration extends beyond the game; Design Home will be featured on Fixer to Fabulous. In an episode airing March 25th at 8/7c on HGTV (streaming March 26th on Max and discovery+), Dave and Jenny Marrs will participate in Design Home challenges, showcasing their design expertise.
Boasting over 131 million players globally, Design Home offers 18,000+ challenges, nearly 100 brand partnerships, and 61,000 furniture and decor items. The game provides extensive options for designing diverse spaces, from cozy living rooms to contemporary kitchens, catering to various design preferences.
