Several highly anticipated projects are currently underway, with varying levels of public information available. While some, such as GTA 6, remain shrouded in secrecy, others offer glimpses of their progress.
Hideo Kojima recently announced via social media that the Japanese voice actors for Death Stranding 2: On the Beach have completed their recording sessions. Although the process is still ongoing, the completion of this significant milestone suggests the game's development is nearing completion. The actors recently finished work on a crucial scene involving six main characters, celebrating afterwards with a small party. Kojima expressed bittersweet feelings about concluding this phase of the project, while also expressing excitement for future collaborations.
Further details regarding Death Stranding 2 are promised during SXSW 2025, on the evening of March 10th. Whether or not a release date will be revealed at this time remains to be seen.
