Leaked character names include Layla, Dax, Bry, Christian, Henry, and Christa Bennett. A prominent antagonist is Ian Duncan, a conspiracy theorist with a dedicated following, whose disdain for the elite fuels his ambitions. Supporting roles may be filled by John McKay and Dr. Safna Kazan.

The most surprising detail is the rumored setting: New England. This would mark a first for the Far Cry franchise.
