Pikmin Bloom Celebrates 3.5 Years with Retro Theme

With its 3.5th anniversary on the horizon, Pikmin Bloom is gearing up for a stylish celebration. The festivities will take you back in time, as your Pikmin will sport fashion inspired by Nintendo's gaming hardware from the '80s and '90s, allowing you to reconnect with the classics.

Starting May 1st, you can participate in event missions to unlock the Nintendo Game Consoles ’80-’95 Decor Pikmin. But the celebration doesn't stop at well-known products; it also honors Nintendo's pre-video game era. You'll have the chance to acquire Playing Card (Clubs Suit) Decor Pikmin, which are themed after the original decks that Nintendo created during their early days as a physical toy manufacturer.

Push PlayWhile the nostalgic hardware designs are likely to excite many, it's a bit ironic that the GameCube—where Pikmin originally debuted—won't be featured in this decor set.

Mark your calendars from May 1st to May 31st to dive into the event. By completing missions, you'll earn Game Button Cells, which will grow into the decor Pikmin mentioned above. Premium Event Pass holders can look forward to additional perks during the 3.5th anniversary event.
