Pokémon GO's Fashion Week: Taken Over – A Stylish Showdown!

Get ready for a fashionable fight in Pokémon GO! Fashion Week: Taken Over runs from January 15th to 19th, bringing a stylish battle against Team GO Rocket. This event offers a unique opportunity to confront Giovanni and rescue Shadow Palkia.

New Pokémon and Shadow Encounters:

• Debuting Pokémon: Shroodle and its evolution, Grafaiai, make their Pokémon GO debut! Hatch Shroodle from 12 km Eggs.
• Shadow Pokémon Surge: Prepare for increased encounters with Team GO Rocket at PokéStops and in balloons. This provides ample chances to use Charged TMs to remove the Frustration move from your Shadow Pokémon.
• New Shadow Pokémon: Encounter new Shadow Pokémon including Taillow, Snivy, Tepig, Oshawott, Trubbish, and Bunnelby. Keep an eye out for Shiny variations! For the first time, participate in Shadow Raids remotely using Remote Raid Passes.

Special Research and Rewards:

A special research task will lead you to a Super Rocket Radar, culminating in a battle against Giovanni to rescue Shadow Palkia. Field Research tasks will offer rewards such as Mysterious Components, Charged TMs, and Fast TMs. Complete a special Collection Challenge to earn Stardust and encounter Trubbish. On January 19th, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time, participate in Ho-Oh Shadow Raid Day! Enjoy increased Raid Passes, a boosted chance of encountering Shiny Ho-Oh, and the opportunity to teach your Ho-Oh the powerful Charged Attack, Sacred Fire. A $5 event ticket unlocks even more rewards.
