by Matthew Apr 22,2025

Get ready for the festive fun to continue in Pokémon Go as Niantic gears up for the second part of their Holiday Event, scheduled from December 22nd to 27th. As we eagerly await the kick-off of the first part on December 17th, the anticipation builds for what's in store during the holiday's second act. Expect an array of exciting bonuses, special encounters, and engaging challenges that promise to enrich your gameplay experience.

During the Holiday Part Two event, players can double their XP for catching Pokémon, and Raid Battles will reward 50% more XP than usual. You'll have the chance to encounter the debuting Dedenne, as well as Wooloo and Dubwool decked out in holiday outfits for the first time. And if luck is on your side, you might even catch a shiny version of these festive Pokémon.

From December 25th to January 5th, take advantage of the Daily Adventure Incense that lasts twice as long, providing ample opportunity to explore the wild and encounter Pokémon like Alolan Rattata, Murkrow, Blitzle, Tynamo, Absol, and many more.
