A PlayStation Blog post featured an image containing what appears to be a new PS5 console design, remarkably similar to leaked PS5 Pro images. This detail, nestled within the 30th-anniversary logo on Sony's official website, has ignited speculation about an imminent PS5 Pro announcement.

The discovery has fueled rumors of a potential unveiling later this month, possibly coinciding with a major PlayStation event. Although Sony hasn't officially confirmed a State of Play event, the buzz surrounding the console is intensifying.

Meanwhile, Sony is celebrating PlayStation's 30th anniversary with a range of exciting events. These include a free Gran Turismo 7 trial, digital soundtracks from classic PlayStation games, and the "Shapes of Play" collection, launching in December 2024 via direct.playstation.com in select regions (US, UK, France, Germany, Austria, Spain, Portugal, Italy, and Benelux).
