Playing R.E.P.O. with friends is a blast, but even the best squads face tough times. The monsters in R.E.P.O. are relentless, making it likely that at some point, a teammate will bite the dust. Fortunately, reviving fallen comrades is possible, and we'll walk you through it.
Each round starts with 100 health. Damage comes from monsters and even your own gear (beware those Human Grenades!). Health Packs in the Service Station offer healing, and a unique mechanic lets teammates share health by interacting with each other's health bars.

Despite your best efforts, sometimes the monsters overwhelm you. When a teammate falls, their head drops to the ground. Locate it—the map shows a small icon matching their character color—it's crucial for reviving them.
With the fallen teammate's head in your inventory, head to the extraction point. Drop the head at the point. Provided you've met the round's loot requirement (check the top right of your screen), your teammate respawns with 1 HP. Entering the truck will restore some health.
Alternatively, if retrieving the head proves impossible, starting a new round revives your teammate. Similar to Call of Duty Zombies, this round-based system brings back fallen players at the start of a new round. This method leaves you at a disadvantage for the remainder of the round, but it can be strategically beneficial, particularly for newer players who can observe experienced players' tactics.
