Tony Hawk's Pro Skater Celebrates 25 Years with Exciting News!
The legendary Tony Hawk's Pro Skater series is turning 25, and Tony Hawk himself has confirmed that Activision and he are collaborating on a special anniversary project!
A New Chapter in Pro Skater History?
During a recent appearance on Mythical Kitchen, Hawk revealed the exciting news, stating, "We're working on something—This is the first time I've said that publicly." While details remain scarce, he assured fans the project will be something they'll truly appreciate.
The original Tony Hawk's Pro Skater launched on September 29, 1999, launching a hugely successful franchise. The 2020 release of the remastered Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1+2 (THPS1+2) was a hit, and plans for remastering THPS 3 and 4 were previously underway. However, the closure of Vicarious Visions unfortunately halted that project.
