Emotes are a delightful way to socialize in *Final Fantasy XIV*, and the game frequently introduces new ones with each expansion and update. The charming Blow Bubbles emote is one of the latest adorable additions. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to get it.
Emotes in *FFXIV* can be unlocked through various methods, such as completing quests, participating in Mogtome events, or engaging in other in-game activities. However, some special emotes are exclusive to the Mog Station store.
The whimsical **Blow Bubbles emote** celebrates the arrival of spring and events like Little Ladies Day. To obtain it, you need to **visit the Mog Station item store**. Log in with your account, then navigate to the 'Optional Items' tab under 'Additional Services'.
You'll find the Blow Bubbles emote in the first row of New Items. For players in the US, the cost is **$7.00 USD**. Note that this emote is character-specific and cannot be gifted to others.
After purchasing, log into *FFXIV* and head to a Delivery Moogle in any major city or hub. If you have mail delivery set up at a house, you can check there as well. Your emote should be ready for pickup once the mail icon appears on your HUD.
Once you've picked up your emote from the Delivery Moogle, locate the 'Ballroom Etiquette – Bubble Diversions' item in your inventory. Use it to unlock the emote permanently for your character, keeping in mind that it's not account-wide.
To use the emote, open your Emote menu under the Social tab. Scroll through the General emotes until you find Blow Bubbles, which should be near the bottom. You can add it to your Favorites or even assign it to your hotbar for quick access.
When you activate the Blow Bubbles emote, your character will blow clouds of bubbles in two rotations before stopping. Although it's not continuous, it's perfect for fun moments and cute photo ops.
That's how you can acquire and use the Blow Bubbles emote in *Final Fantasy XIV*. For more tips and guides, including how to get the Pose of the Unbound emote, be sure to check out our other resources.
