The official Ayushman Bharat mobile app, launched by the Government of India, empowers citizens to access healthcare services.

This app, a key component of the Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PM-JAY) initiative, facilitates cashless secondary and tertiary care treatment at participating public and private hospitals. PM-JAY provides coverage to over 10 crore underprivileged families.

The National Health Authority (NHA) oversees the implementation of this crucial program.

Through the Ayushman app, beneficiaries can generate their "Ayushman card," enabling them to receive free treatment up to INR 5 Lakhs. The app provides convenient self-service access to Ayushman card generation and will soon offer additional PM-JAY benefits.
