HA Go: Your Personal Healthcare Manager in One App

The Hospital Authority (HA) introduces HA Go, a comprehensive mobile application consolidating several existing HA apps and adding valuable new features. HA Go empowers patients with convenient, streamlined healthcare management directly from their smartphones. Key features include:

• Appointment Management: Easily view upcoming appointments and access attendance records for the past year.

• Specialist Outpatient Clinic Bookings (BookHA): Submit applications for new appointments at Specialist Outpatient Clinics (SOPC) across various specialties, including Anaesthesiology (Pain Clinic), Cardiothoracic Surgery, Clinical Oncology, Ear, Nose and Throat, Eye, Gynaecology, Medicine, Neurosurgery, Obstetrics, Orthopaedics & Traumatology, Paediatrics, and Surgery.

• Secure Online Payments (Pay HA): Conveniently pay medical bills and access billing information. Multiple payment options are supported, including "Scan and Pay" and barcode payments at convenience stores.

• Personalized Rehabilitation Programs (Rehab): Access multimedia-based rehabilitation exercises and instructions prescribed by therapists, allowing for flexible at-home or community-based therapy.

• Medication Management: View dispensing records, access drug information, and review allergy records.

• My Health Info: Receive personalized health information and instructions from healthcare professionals in various formats, including e-pamphlets, videos, and audio tracks with adjustable playback settings. All information is provided by the Hospital Authority.

Future updates will introduce even more features to HA Go. The app is currently available in both Chinese and English.
