Earabit Studios presents the fourth installment of their acclaimed Methods series: Methods 4: The Best Detective. Following the thrilling events of Detective Competition, Secrets and Death, and The Invisible Man, this chapter plunges players into the next exciting phase of this quirky crime-thriller visual novel.
The Stakes Are High
One hundred detectives compete in a clandestine contest, solving intricate crimes orchestrated by some of the world's most cunning criminals. The grand prize? A life-changing million dollars. However, if a criminal mastermind outwits the detectives, they claim the prize and win parole, regardless of their criminal record. Methods 4 covers Chapters 61-85 of this gripping narrative.
Initially a Steam sensation, the Methods: Detective Competition saga has been divided into five parts for mobile release, with this being the penultimate chapter. Intrigued? Let's take a closer look at what awaits in Methods 4: The Best Detective.
The Continuing Investigation
Following The Invisible Man, detectives Ashdown and Woes successfully navigate Stage Four. Their triumph, however, presents new headaches for the enigmatic Gamemasters, who now must contend with their precarious secrets and escalating challenges. Meanwhile, Haney seeks to expose their machinations, Catscratcher wreaks havoc, and the even more complex Stage Five looms.
Gameplay remains true to the Methods formula: players meticulously examine crime scenes, analyze evidence, and answer multiple-choice questions to solve cases. Expect over 25 interactive crime scenes, a captivating storyline, and the series' signature art style.
