DC's All-Star Superman Now an Audiobook with Full Cast

*All-Star Superman* consistently ranks among the greatest Superman comics ever produced, including its spot on IGN's Top 25 list. Now, fans have the exciting opportunity to experience this iconic tale in a new format: a full-cast audiobook, thanks to a collaboration between DC and Penguin Random House.

The adaptation is being crafted by Meghan Fitzmartin, based on the original work by Grant Morrison and Frank Quitely. Quitely has also contributed a fresh illustration for the audiobook's cover, which you can view below:

*All-Star Superman* is a standalone story set in a universe where Superman faces his mortality after a near-fatal encounter with the sun. The narrative follows Kal-El as he shares his secret identity with Lois Lane and embarks on a series of heroic challenges reminiscent of the 12 Labors of Hercules, culminating in a final confrontation with his arch-nemesis, Lex Luthor.

The *All-Star Superman* audiobook is scheduled for release on June 24, 2025, just one month before James Gunn's *Superman* film hits theaters.

This isn't the first time *All-Star Superman* has been adapted; it was previously brought to life as an animated movie in 2011.
