Freedom Wars Remastered: Max CODE Levels Revealed

Quick Links

In Freedom Wars Remastered, your primary goal is to reduce your hefty one million-year sentence just for being born. While you're chipping away at your prison term, you're also aiming to boost your CODE level, making life as a sinner much more manageable.

Your CODE level is crucial as it unlocks more Entitlements, which can simplify your gameplay by allowing you to run longer or enhance your comrades and gear, making battles against Abductors smoother. As you progress, you'll move through multiple CODE levels; let's break down how many there are.

How Many CODE Levels Are In Freedom Wars Remastered

In Freedom Wars Remastered, players can progress through a total of eight CODE levels. Once you upgrade your CODE level, there's no going back, so you don't have to worry about inadvertently increasing your sentence beyond what's necessary, especially in Deadly Sinner Mode. Each time you advance your CODE level, you'll unlock additional Entitlements to purchase and gain access to more operations to tackle.

How To Increase Your CODE Level In Freedom Wars Remastered

To find out how to level up your CODE, simply chat with your Accessory in your cell and select "Check CODE Upgrade Conditions". Typically, you'll need to reduce your prison sentence to specific milestones and unlock certain Entitlements. Always check this menu before splurging your Entitlement Points on less crucial upgrades, as you might need to donate resources later to acquire more points.

Donating a single high-end resource or weapon can often provide enough points to cover a substantial number of Entitlements.

While you must meet all the listed conditions to advance your CODE, your current level is also intertwined with the main storyline. You'll need to complete main story missions and operations alongside these conditions to pass the CODE exam, which is integrated into the story itself. At times, the main story can even serve as a substitute for the CODE exam, helping you reach the next level.

Operations are categorized by CODE levels, indicating their difficulty. You'll complete most operations as you advance through the story of each CODE, though some optional operations may unlock afterward, offering additional preparation for the challenges of your new CODE level.
