While there's no official word yet, aside from a report by Insider Gaming, it seems that a Hogwarts Legacy: Definitive Edition is on the horizon, slated for a 2025 release. This director's cut is rumored to pack an additional 10-15 hours of new DLC content. This extra content is expected to lay the groundwork for the sequel's plot and enhance connections to the upcoming HBO adaptation. Currently, the only DLC available for the original Hogwarts Legacy is The Dark Arts Legacy Pack, priced at $19.99. This pack includes the Thestral Mount, Dark Arts Cosmetic Set, and the Dark Arts Battle Arena. This raises the question: Will Hogwarts Legacy 2 launch with its own DLC, or will fans have to wait as long as they did for the first game's additional content?
We'll keep this section updated with any future announcements, so stay tuned for the latest on Hogwarts Legacy 2's DLC plans!
