In NieR: Automata, players have access to two distinct DLCs depending on their game edition. The universally available DLC, 3C3C1D119440927, enriches your gameplay with optional quests and enticing cosmetic rewards.
Upon downloading the DLC and progressing slightly in the game, you'll find a Mysterious Letter in your inbox. This letter contains coordinates directing you to various coliseums, each offering six escalating ranks of challenges against increasingly tougher enemies.
The first location you can explore from the letter is the Trial of the Sand, situated in the heart of the desert. From the Desert: Center access point, zoom out and locate the orange diamond to the right, relative to your entry point into the desert. The machine guarding the entrance won't pose any trouble, allowing you to proceed inside and start the Trial Of The Sand Colosseum quest.
To reach the Gambler's Colosseum, begin at the Flooded City: Coast access point. Follow the path down to the coast, similar to your initial journey to guard the resource ship for the resistance. At the furthest accessible point, turn right towards a waterfall. Navigate along the left side of the nearby building, circling to the back where a Resistance member guards the entrance. Bribe the guard with 1,000 G to enter and commence the Gambler's Colosseum quest.
Access to the Underground Colosseum requires you to play as 9S.
Start your journey at the Forest Zone: Center access point. Follow the forest's left edge until you encounter machines training near a large waterfall. Run through the waterfall to the other side; entry is granted only if you're playing as 9S, allowing you to begin the Underground Colosseum quest.
