Go Dreams, the team behind the acclaimed Pocket Survivor series, is back with the sequel to their hit game. Currently, Pocket Zone 2 is in its early alpha test phase exclusively on Android. Developed by two indie developers, this game promises to expand the survival RPG genre with its open-world setting.
Pocket Zone 2 takes players back to the haunting Chernobyl Exclusion Zone, expanding on the radioactive wastelands introduced in its prequel. This time, the game offers an expansive open world and real-time co-op raids, allowing you and your friends to team up for scavenging missions, battling mutants, and hunting for valuable artifacts.
Drawing inspiration from similar genre classics, Pocket Zone 2 immerses you in a harsh world filled with bandits and unpredictable anomalies. Random events can quickly turn your survival strategy upside down, adding a thrilling layer of unpredictability to the gameplay.
In Pocket Zone 2, you're free to craft your own narrative within the Zone. There's no rigid storyline, giving you the flexibility to pursue your own goals. Whether you aim to become the wealthiest stalker or simply survive as an ordinary individual wary of the environment and the enigmatic Wishmaster, the choice is yours.
The Android version of Pocket Zone 2 boasts a vast world with 49 distinct locations scattered throughout the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone. Each area is packed with its own set of dangers, hidden secrets, and unexpected events. To thrive, you'll need to manage your basic needs like food, water, rest, healing wounds, and combating illnesses.
The game retains the intense survival mechanics from its predecessor and introduces extensive customization options. You can design your character with a variety of visual styles and choose from different classes, each with unique skills and abilities.
With over 1,000 different types of weapons, armor, helmets, and backpacks available, the game ensures you have the tools needed to survive. Additionally, Pocket Zone 2 fosters a strong social experience through in-game chats, trading channels, and a robust friend system, enhancing your Android gaming sessions.
If Pocket Zone 2 piques your interest, you can check it out on the Google Play Store.
