Pokémon GO's latest sensation: Gigantamax Pokémon and Max Battles! These colossal creatures require teamwork – prepare to assemble a squad of 10 to 40 Trainers to conquer them. The GO Wild Area event is also on the horizon!

Get Ready for Gigantamax Pokémon in Pokémon GO!

The GO Wild Area event introduces Toxtricity, the Punk Pokémon! Catch both its standard and Dynamax forms by teaming up, completing Max Battles, and claiming it as a Special Research reward.

Gigantamax Pokémon dramatically increase in size and alter their appearance. Form a team of up to 40 Trainers to defeat these giants. Strategic coordination and ample Max Particles will be crucial.

Max Particles power up your Pokémon's Max Moves. Gigantamax Pokémon also unleash unique G-Max Moves. The Pokémon GO Wild Area: Global event runs November 23rd and 24th. Check out the trailer below!

You're already familiar with Dynamax Pokémon in Pokémon GO – those towering red-glowing giants surrounded by swirling clouds. Trainers level 13 and above can unlock the "To the Max!" Special Research, guiding them to these massive opponents.

Max Battles take place at Power Spots, which appear dynamically across the game world. Exploration is key to discovering these battle locations.
