Your adventure kicks off in the heart of town, across from the Gun Store and Hospital and in front of the Trading Hut. Start by shedding any unnecessary loot and gearing up. A Rifle is your best bet here; it's only $75 and packs enough punch to fend off most foes, at least temporarily. Don't forget to stock up on coal to fuel your boat's old-school engine.

Your next destination is 10,000m away. Simply ignite the engine and set sail. While you can stop to take out Zombies and Drowned, it's not always worth it due to the limited valuables in roadside houses. To restart the ship, just add more coal. Ignore the worm on the right side and hold off on selling your loot until you reach the second safe zone. Be cautious of Big Foot and Zombie mobs along the riverbanks.

After the second safe zone, you'll encounter burning buildings teeming with mobs. It's best to clear them if you're in a group, but solo players might find it inefficient due to scattered spawn points. Around 12,000m, you'll find a castle-like house packed with Drowned, but also stocked with Shotgun ammo and other valuable loot. Use it wisely.

The core gameplay loop remains straightforward: kill, loot, repeat, and hope the enemy suffers defeat. To master the game, focus on efficiency by using your boat as the primary inventory. Empty your bag upon returning to save time and space.

A key strategy is stacking Zombies near the incinerator. While it's tempting to flee those backwater towns, efficient loot stacking pays off. Running low on fuel? Toss a few Zombies in and you're set.

Another crucial tip is to keep an eye on Sheriff's offices. They often harbor a high concentration of mobs but also offer rewarding weapons and ammo. I sustained my shotgun's use by having a friend clear the ground floor as we explored each town.

Save your ammo, weapons, fuel, and medkits for the fortress at 25,000m. It's under construction, making it vulnerable to ambushes. Aim to tackle it with at least three others, though a group of five is ideal. Be efficient in collecting loot.

Avoid engaging Big Feet after 30,000m. They're formidable, require a lot of ammo, and hit hard. Don't linger too long and plan your stops wisely. Remember, loot isn't everything.
The town at 50,000m is a prime farming spot with numerous Drowned and Zombies. With a few friends wielding Shotguns or a Sawn-off, it's efficient for both looting and gathering corpses for fuel. Coordinate with your team to prep bodies for loading quickly.
Before facing the Kraken, sell all your loot in the final safe zone and stock up on ammo, weapons, and medkits. Don't go easy on the Zombies and Drowned; aim to have at least 8-10 corpses for fuel. At around 100,000m, you'll reach open waters and be ready to confront the beast. The sign of its approach is the skies darkening.

As the Kraken emerges, everyone must choose a tentacle to attack. The boss has substantial health, and each tentacle can deal damage if not countered effectively. With five players, form a pentagram-like shape and each handle a tentacle.

Watch out for the water splash ability, which causes AoE damage. It's telegraphed by the Kraken pulling back and creating a water trail with its tentacle. Use medkits liberally, as some damage is unavoidable.

Lastly, be mindful of the Roar AoE, which inflicts minor unblockable damage and might give the boss a slight damage buff. You'll recognize it by the white concentric circles emanating from the tentacle that used the ability.
