Lilith Games has just rolled out an exciting Navy update for their military strategy MMO, Warpath, introducing a game-changing Naval Force system with nearly 100 meticulously detailed and realistic ships. This update promises to elevate your strategic gameplay to new heights.
Imagine commanding the formidable Nimitz-Class Aircraft Carrier, dominating the battlefield from afar with long-range strikes launched by its carrier-based aircraft. Or perhaps you prefer the stealthy approach with the Project 971 Submarine, perfect for ambushing your enemies from the depths. For those who love precision strikes, the Arleigh Burke-Class Destroyer is at your disposal, equipped with guided missiles that deliver devastating attacks. Each ship in Warpath's Naval Force is a faithful replica of its real-world counterpart, ensuring an authentic combat experience.
The Naval Force system is divided into six major combat categories, each with unique strengths and roles. Submarines excel in stealth with their Silent Running ability, making them perfect for surprise attacks. However, they must be wary of Anti-Submarine Frigates, which are designed to hunt them down at high speeds. Aircraft Carriers reign supreme from a distance, launching devastating strikes with their onboard aircraft. Anti-Aircraft Destroyers not only keep the skies clear but also handle surface threats effectively.
The Armored Destroyer is a true tank of the seas, boasting heavy guns and reinforced armor, though it moves at a slower pace. On the other end of the spectrum, Guided Missile Destroyers are the long-range specialists, ideal for dismantling enemy bases from a safe distance.
Get a closer look at all the formidable ships in the Warpath Navy update in the video below.
Lilith Games has meticulously balanced the interactions between ships to foster strategic thinking. Submarines can ambush carriers, but they must remain vigilant for the swift Anti-Submarine Frigates. Armored Destroyers can absorb damage, while their missile-launching counterparts are built to deal it out.
The developers have fine-tuned the pace of Naval Force battles, adjusting attack and defense stats to make combat more tactical and engaging. Ships can now fire while on the move, adding a dynamic element to naval warfare. Additionally, there's an exciting bonus to the update: throughout January, Warpath players can participate in exclusive in-game events, enhancing their naval experience.
